Stopped in for breakfast during my trip to W-S, NC for the International Black Theatre Festival. Ended up coming back several times, due to the quality of food and service. Thank you Sammy for such great service and the coffee refills. Theatre Week kept us busy and the food at Miam's kept us going.

This place was so good! It’s hard to find good breakfast spots with good service these days but this place exceeded my expectations. The host was so nice and friendly. She made sure we sat where my family wanted by request. The food was good and hot and orders were accurately placed. Will be back very soon! Great family spot for breakfast!

First thing first. If the owner of this wonderful restaurant reads this message, please know that Samy went above and beyond to help us and make our experience with Miam Breakfast House one of the most gratifying at any restaurant. She was wonderfully pleasant, polite and just genuinely gracious. The rest of your employees were also very polite, but Samy was our absolute favorite! The word Miam means “Yum” in French. Such a cool way for naming your restaurant. Located at 828 S Stratford Road, Winston-Salem, NC this Breakfast House knocked a grand slam home run. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and we were walked to our table. We ordered our drinks and we had them within a minute. Samy went over the menu with us and she explained the differences and sizes of the meals. She told us her favorites and we went that direction. One Chicken Waffle and one Island Omelette with wheat toast and fresh fruit. Our meals came out perfect within 6-8 minutes. Beautiful to look at. The perfection of food placement, the large amount of food on the plate and overall appearance were impressive. Kudos to whoever worked the kitchen 1 July 2026. My wife and I always share each other’s food. So

During our recent vacation to Winston-Salem, NC, we had the chance to try several restaurants, but Miam Breakfast House truly stood in a class of its own. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was just as impressive: attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. What stood out most to me was their willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did they prepare our dishes exactly to order, but they also made us a vegan skillet, which wasn’t even listed on the menu, twice, without hesitation. That level of thoughtfulness and flexibility is rare and we deeply appreciated it. A special thank you to Mia, the restaurant manager, for her kindness and personal attention. It was wonderful. Small cozy spot.it was a bit crowded but agian, we went during peak hour. Freshly made breakfast was delicious. Great service.
